The Annual Liturgical Cycle for every year
This book is a perpetual calendar (usable for any year) organized to illustrate the liturgical cycles of the Church: daily/fixed, moveable, festal and pre-/postfestal. Each day in these three cycles presents an excerpt, from Archimandrite Symeon’s homilies and talks.
The daily messages that we find reflect the spiritual wisdom of this contemporary elder who lived in austere asceticism but was nonetheless lovingly close to everyone who approached him – which in turn enabled him to offer effortlessly, naturally, in a new and healing way, the eternal and enduring topical truths of the Church.
