Why do people have anxiety?
They are after something and because they don’t have it they worry.
They feel that they lack something and they are discontented.
But one who finds what his soul is longing for, is content.
This is encountering and truly communicating with God.

Why do so many of us good Christians find our spiritualprogress blocked? What can we do about the unconsciousneurotic tendencies that warp our relations with others? Howcan we let go of the idealized image we have of ourselves?
